About Us

The Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) program was launched by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) in 2021 to help adults aged 18 and above in Europe, America, and other regions develop proficiency in Chinese and deepen their understanding of Taiwanese culture.

 

TCML collaborates with the Chinese Academy of Cleveland, an organization with a proven track record in youth Chinese language education, to create a high-quality Mandarin learning environment in the Greater Cleveland area.

 

Our courses are thoughtfully designed to cater to students of all proficiency levels, blending practical lessons with immersive cultural activities to empower students to confidently use Chinese in real-life situations while enhancing their understanding of Taiwanese society.  All of our instructors not only have extensive experience in teaching Chinese to adults but are also trained and certified OCAC in Chinese language instruction.
